Privacy Policy

How Tribble Software Private Limited collects, uses, and protects information in connection with this website and the services we provide.

Last updated: April 21, 2026

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy is issued by Tribble Software Private Limited ("Tribble", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in India with its registered office in Hyderabad, Telangana. This policy applies to the website tribble.in and to the business services we provide directly under the Tribble brand, including custom AI development, Google Ads operations and reporting, fractional CTO engagements, and MCP / agent development.

Our consumer and developer products — Beyond Time (beyondtime.ai), Waitroom (waitroom.io), and Flip Cricket (flipcricket.com) — are each operated under their own product-specific privacy policies available on those websites. This policy does not replace those product policies.

2. Information we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to operate this website, respond to inquiries, and deliver contracted services.

Information you provide. Name, email address, company, and any content you include when you email us, complete a contact form, or respond to a proposal. For engaged clients, we may also collect billing information and business details needed to perform the contracted work.
Website usage data. Standard log information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referrer. This data is used for security, debugging, and understanding aggregate traffic patterns.
Cookies and similar technologies. This marketing website uses only strictly necessary cookies or equivalent local storage required for it to function. We do not deploy advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on tribble.in.
Client account data (services only). Where you engage Tribble for Google Ads operations, custom AI work, or fractional CTO services, we access only the systems, credentials, and data you explicitly authorize, strictly for the purpose of delivering the agreed scope of work.

3. How we use information

To respond to inquiries, proposals, and support requests.
To deliver, operate, and improve the services we are contracted to provide.
To maintain the security and integrity of our website and internal systems.
To comply with applicable legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
With your consent, to send occasional updates about work we are doing — you can opt out at any time.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not use the information you share with us to build advertising profiles for unrelated third parties.

4. Google Ads API and client account data

Where Tribble accesses a Google Ads account on your behalf, we do so under a Google Ads manager account structure and OAuth authorization that you control. Our use of the Google Ads API is scoped to reporting, campaign operations, and optimization for accounts we own or that you have explicitly authorized us to manage.

Campaign metrics are cached in our internal data store for reporting and retained only as needed for operational analysis. OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest and restricted to the platform service account. We do not retrieve or store Google end-user personal data, and we do not resell Google Ads data or provide unrestricted third-party access to it. Full details of this use case are published on our Google Ads API page.

5. How we share information

We share information only where necessary and under appropriate safeguards:

Service providers. Reputable vendors that help us run our business — for example, cloud hosting, email, analytics, and payment processing — bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Platform providers. Where required to operate a service (for example, Google Ads API calls made against accounts you authorize), data is exchanged with that platform under its own terms and privacy policies.
Legal and safety. When we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tribble, our clients, or the public.
Business transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred subject to continued protection consistent with this policy.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal and contractual obligations, or to resolve disputes. Operational logs and campaign metrics tied to client engagements are retained for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterwards for audit, reporting, and regulatory purposes, then deleted or anonymized.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. These include encryption in transit, encryption of sensitive credentials at rest, access controls and role-based permissions, audit logging of sensitive actions, and routine review of our systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the protection of client data seriously and will notify affected parties of material incidents as required by applicable law.

8. International transfers

Tribble is based in India and works with clients and service providers in multiple jurisdictions. Information we collect may be processed and stored in India or in other countries where our service providers operate. Where applicable, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as contractual commitments with our vendors — to protect information that is transferred internationally.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to request a copy of your information in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at asvini@tribble.in. We will respond within the timelines required by law and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

10. Children

The tribble.in website and our business services are intended for adults and for business contacts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our services, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of tribble.in after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
